This building may be found in downtown Portland, near the corner of 3rd and Salmon Streets. It was built in the early 1900's. It seems builders took more time with details than today.

Named after Spanish explorer, Hernando de Soto who led first European expedition deep into the territory of modern-day United States and the first European to cross the Mississippi River. Car is circa 1944.
